Office of Deputy Controller of Examinations

Office of Deputy Controller of Examinations is headed by Mr. Mehr Yahya Durrani Deputy Controller of Examinations CUI Attock and is fully responsible for smooth conduct of examination related activities. Main functions Office of Deputy Controller of Examinations are as under:

• To enhance the efficiency of Examination Department under the supervision of worthy Director and Controller of Examinations.
• Provide guidance to all the stakeholders regarding examination rules and regulations.
• Conduction and supervison of the sessionals and Terminal Examination.
• Notifying the Date sheet.
• Declaration and Notification of Semester Results.
• Issuance of progresive results card to the students.
• Verfication of Transcripts and Degrees.
• Issuance Circulars and Notices regarding various examination activities.
• Counsel students / parents about improvement of grades.
• Controlling of Unfair Means.
• Conduction of Convocations of graduates.
• Horizontal and Vertical communication.
