Convocation 2023
For the Graduates of Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 Semesters

Instructions

• Convocation of CUI Attock campus will be held on Tuesday October 17, 2023, at CUI Attock Campus.
• Students who are graduated in Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters are eligible to register for convocation.
• Convocation Registration Fee is Rs. 5000/- for each graduate. Challan form is already sent on your official email addresses. Please take a print of Challan form and deposit the fee at university bank account. After deposit of fee, register yourself online for convocation. Registration for convocation is subject to payment of said fee.
• After submission of fee, please submit the copy of the Challan form at fee section and exam section CUI Attock or email the scanned copy to fee@cuiatk.edu.pk.
• For participation in convocation register through online link after submission of fee.
• A graduate can invite/register two guests (parents/siblings/spouse).Invitation Cards for convocation will be issued on rehearsal Day as per registration of the graduates. Guests (Parents/siblings/spouse) whose CNIC are not provided in Registration form, shall not be issued invitation cards. This office will not be responsible to issue invitation card to guest of the graduate, whose fee challan and copies of CNIC (hard copy) is not received at the Exams section by the due date.
• Please note that attending the full-dress rehearsal is compulsory to attend the convocation. Date and Time of Rehearsal will be communicated later on.
• The last date for online registration is Friday 29th September, 2023. No request for registration will be considered after the due date. Graduates are required to get themselves registered before the due.
• Please collect attire/gowns in person on Rehearsal Day on payment of Rs.1500/- as security. Security deposit will be refunded after deducting gown rent (only if the full gown set Gown, Hood and Cap) returned soon after the convocation ends on Tuesday October 17, 2023.
